SYSTEMIZED OPS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY SERVICES

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: September 22, 2026

1. Scope and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern the use of the websites, products, programs, services, and communities operated by Systemized Ops Management Consultancy Services (“Systemized Ops”), including Powerhouse OBM programs.

By accessing the website, creating an account, enrolling in or purchasing a program or service, or participating in a Systemized Ops community, you agree to these Terms and any offer-specific terms presented at enrollment or purchase.

Custom consultancy or agency engagements may also be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, or service agreement. If those terms conflict with these website Terms, the signed agreement will govern that engagement.

2. Program Enrollment and Access

Program access periods, inclusions, schedules, and delivery terms vary by offer and will be stated on the applicable offer page, checkout page, enrollment materials, or confirmation provided at the time of purchase.

Participants are responsible for reviewing the applicable offer details before enrolling. Access may begin based on the stated program start date, onboarding process, or purchase confirmation, depending on the offer.

3. Account Use

Accounts, logins, and program access are for the registered participant only. Login sharing, unauthorized account access, or allowing another person to use paid program access is not permitted.

4. Program Materials and Intellectual Property

Program materials, recordings, templates, worksheets, guides, and other content are owned by or licensed to Systemized Ops unless otherwise stated and are provided for the participant’s personal or internal business use.

  • Downloadable worksheets or resources may be downloaded where explicitly provided.

  • Recordings, course videos, templates, and other protected materials may not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, publicly shared, or uploaded elsewhere unless Systemized Ops gives written authorization.

  • Participation in a program does not transfer ownership of Systemized Ops intellectual property.

5. Payments and Installment Plans

  • Prices, currencies, installment schedules, and payment terms are those shown on the applicable offer page, checkout page, invoice, or written agreement.

  • Customers who select an installment plan agree to complete payments according to the schedule presented for that plan.

  • Payment reminders may be sent before or after an installment due date.

  • Unless offer-specific terms state otherwise, a 3-day post-due grace period applies.

  • Unresolved payment may result in program access being paused until the outstanding payment or an approved payment arrangement is resolved.

  • Participant-requested transfers or movement to a later cohort are subject to written approval, availability, and the applicable terms or rates at that time.

  • Exceptional payment arrangements may be considered case by case but are not guaranteed.

6. Refunds

Refunds and payment corrections are governed by the Refund Policy published by Systemized Ops and any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable law.

7. Program and Community Conduct

Systemized Ops may restrict or remove access for serious misconduct, including:

  • Harassment or abusive or threatening behavior

  • Unauthorized sharing or distribution of program materials

  • Disruption of program or community activities

  • Misuse of another participant’s personal information

  • Other serious violations of published program or community rules

8. Program or Service Changes

Programs, schedules, instructors, content, platforms, or delivery methods may be reasonably adjusted when necessary. Systemized Ops will provide appropriate communication when a material change affects participants and will aim to preserve the substance of the purchased program or service.

9. No Guarantee of Results

Systemized Ops programs and services provide education, strategy, guidance, and support. Individual and business results depend on factors such as decisions, implementation, market conditions, experience, and other circumstances outside Systemized Ops’ control. No specific income, client acquisition, business performance, or other outcome is guaranteed.

10. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Systemized Ops may use third-party platforms and service providers to deliver programs, communications, payments, websites, and other services. Use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. Systemized Ops will take reasonable steps to address material service interruptions that affect delivery.

11. Suspension or Termination of Access

Access may be suspended or terminated for unresolved nonpayment, serious misconduct, unauthorized sharing of access or materials, or other material violations of these Terms or applicable program rules.

12. Changes to These Terms

Systemized Ops may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the website and, where appropriate, communicated to affected users. Updates will not remove non-waivable rights or override a signed agreement that governs a specific engagement.

13. Governing Law and Customer Concerns

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting any mandatory rights available to consumers or data subjects under applicable law.

Questions, complaints, or customer concerns may be submitted through the contact details below and will be reviewed through Systemized Ops’ internal customer-resolution process.

REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: September 22, 2026

1. Scope and General Refund Policy

Unless offer-specific written terms state otherwise, payments for Systemized Ops digital programs, including the 14-Day Challenge and Powerhouse OBM, are final and non-refundable except for verified duplicate payments, verified technical or payment-processing errors, cancellation by Systemized Ops where the purchased program or a reasonable equivalent cannot be provided, or where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Custom consultancy, agency, or advisory engagements are governed by the refund, cancellation, and termination terms in the applicable signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.

2. Duplicate Payments

Verified duplicate charges may be refunded or corrected after the transaction is reviewed.

3. Technical or Payment Errors

Verified payment-processing or technical errors may be corrected or refunded as appropriate. Customers should report suspected errors promptly and provide sufficient transaction information for verification.

4. Installment Payments

The standard non-refundable policy also applies to installment payments that have already been completed, except where an applicable exception or legal right applies. Missed future installments and related access handling are governed by the applicable payment terms and are not automatically treated as a refund request.

5. Program Cancellation by Systemized Ops

If Systemized Ops cancels a paid program and cannot provide the purchased program or a reasonable equivalent, affected customers will be contacted regarding the applicable refund or other resolution process.

6. Rescheduling, Program Changes, Transfers, and Deferments

Program dates, schedules, instructors, platforms, or delivery arrangements may be adjusted when reasonably necessary. A schedule or delivery change does not by itself create a refund entitlement where the purchased program or service remains available in a substantially equivalent form.

Participant-requested transfers, deferments, make-up access, or movement to a later cohort require prior written approval and are subject to availability and the applicable program terms or rates at the time.

7. Exceptional Cases

Requests outside the published policy may be considered internally on a case-by-case basis. An exception granted in one case does not create a general entitlement or guarantee that the same exception will be granted in another case.

8. Refund Requests and Payment Concerns

Refund requests, duplicate-payment reports, or other payment-related concerns may be sent to:

Email: [email protected]

To help us review the request, please include the customer name, program or service, payment date, and transaction or reference number where available. Do not send complete card details by email.

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where practicable. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Data that is no longer required will be securely deleted, anonymized, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with applicable data privacy requirements.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, data subjects may have rights to be informed, access their personal data, request correction, request deletion or blocking where appropriate, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, request data portability where applicable, and seek indemnification for damages where provided by law.
